Maternity and Neonatal Voice Partnerships

An MNVP listens to the experiences of women and families, and brings together service users, staff and other stakeholders to plan, review and improve maternity and neonatal care.

MNVP’s ensure that service users’ voices are at the heart of decision-making in maternity and neonatal services. This influences improvements in the safety, quality, and experience of maternity and neonatal care.

To get involved and feedback your personal maternity experience, contact your local MNVP (usually situated within your nearest hospital) to attend their next meeting.

Voices of all women including those from diverse backgrounds must be heard, and services should work closely with all service users to collaboratively plan, design and improve care.
