Princess Diana supported friend through baby loss

Rosa Monckton, best friend to Princess Diana, has revealed how the princess supported her following the stillbirth of her child.

Rosa and her husband, Dominic Lawson, sadly experienced a stillbirth in Spring 1994. Princess Diana offered support in allowing the couple of bury their baby in the gardens of Kensington Palace.

The interview was for a Channel 7 show Sunday Night, presented by Melissa Doyle. In the interview she revealed that Diana gave her a key to the garden, which she still has. Only the couple, Princess Diana, and Diana’s butler, Paul Burrell, were aware of the burial.
