Founded in 2014 by Stuart Hobin, Adam Carter & Mark Rawlings, the last decade has seen Croyde Medical evolve and grow to become a strong team of 10. Our head office is based in Faringdon in Oxfordshire, but our team is set up to deliver a national service with representation all over the country. We supply our range nationally to the NHS as well as private organisations and we are proud to be recognised as an approved NHS supply chain framework supplier.

We have an equipment range of over 80 products that are designed to support anti-natal, intrapartum, and post-natal care. Our core range is completely dedicated to the maternity setting & we take pride in this unique approach. Our role as maternity equipment specialists enables us to understand the operational issues that maternity unit’s face & helps us to introduce new products that really make a difference. Our ever-expanding range not only includes specialised maternity equipment but extends to beds, chairs, furniture, and neonatal products. Additionally, we provide a selection of mood lighting options, enabling the creation of beautiful, inspiring spaces within birthing environments and beyond.

Croyde Medical works in partnership with a number of the world’s most respected medical device manufacturers, allowing us to bring the highest quality products to our customers. Alongside this, we design and manufacture our own Croyde birthing products. The Croyde range is distributed nationally and internationally, and we enjoy working with like-minded business partners all over the globe to make this possible.

As part of this process, we believe in the importance of collaboration and engaging closely with the people who will be using the end product. We work hand in hand with midwives who offer invaluable insights from their day-to-day experiences. Their knowledge and expertise guide us in designing and manufacturing products that will make a difference. We ensure that every product we create is not just of high quality but also particularly fit for purpose, meeting the needs of the midwives and ultimately serving its users effectively. This approach helps us to create products that deliver enhanced maternity environments and an improved experience for women whilst in the care of the midwifery team.

Beyond providing high-quality products, we strive to share information and research on best-practice with our network on social media and other channels. By doing this, we want to empower our community and create a culture of continuous learning and improvement to maternity services.
